She grew             up in a tiny town in Wisconsin where
there wasn’t a whole lot to do…

But this little girl had a wild imagination. She spent hours building castles in the sky.

She had a secret world inside her. Not many people understood her. They thought she was weird. Odd. She never quite fitted in.
But this girl had dreams. With her ancient shaky camcorder, she would make films with her friends and lovingly edit them on Windows movie maker.

EXCEPT DAYDREAM.

And I’m still that girl with the camera. But all fairytales have twists and turns.

SKIP FORWARD A FEW CHAPTERS

In my early 20s, I was lost. Art was a lifeboat for me: I read, I danced, I spent hours listening to music. I never stopped daydreaming.

But outside my little lifeboat, I was adrift.

I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I switched my college major four times, yearning so desperately to find ‘my thing.’ Nothing ever felt quite right. So, I finally dropped out.

And you know, dropping out was the best thing that happened to me. I met my husband. I found Jesus. I re-kindled my love of filmmaking.

The dream God has for your life is bigger than any dream you’re dreaming.     The dream God has for your life is bigger than any dream you’re dreaming.

The dream God has for your life is bigger than any dream you’re dreaming.         The dream God has for your life is bigger than any DREAM YOU’RE DREAMING

Robert Morris

My sister is a photographer. She was booked to shoot a wedding, and I asked her if I could tag along and help with anything. She handed me a camera.

And that was it. I shot my first wedding.

With a camera back in my hands, I was able to capture the story unfolding in front of me: of two people, deeply in love, ready to embark on a beautiful new life together.

Visual storytelling comes so naturally to me. And I always want to keep learning and keep mastering my craft.

Ready to TELL your love story?
